Performed a winter time tune up on the hvac equipment. Testing system operations, component amperage’s, capacitor ratings, cleared the drain lines, changed all 4 pleated filters, washed the mini split filters, dusted the return grills, and tested the thermostats. I brought a case of 16x20x1 filters since I used the last one during last maintenance, I put them in the storage room. The systems are working properly at this time. Billable
