Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Verified the overall equipment condition as good. Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. Replaced the pleated 20x25x4 filter. The customer requested additional filters for a charge, as they do not have spares. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Verified the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition.
