Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (16x20x1) using the customer's spare filters. * Noted the indoor coil is dirty. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard):** * Observed the outdoor coil is clean. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components (Inspected and Working):** * Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 72.0°F and a supply air temperature of 54.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted the thermostat, restored power to t
