Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Washed the 20x20x4 washable filter. Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Verified the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Components: Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. Cleared the condensate drain line. Cleaned out the primary drain pan and tested the safety switch. Measurements: Recorded a return air temperature of 72.0 Degrees Fahrenheit and a supply air temperature of 48.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. Additional Actions: Dusted the thermostat. Restored power to the units. Tested thermostat operation
