It is a washable type. Indoor coil condition is fair. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Outdoor coil condition is fair. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, and contactor. Electrical wiring is working properly. Components Inspected (Good Condition): Blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires secured, and ductwork. Measurements: Return air temperature: 70.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. Supply air temperature: 121.8 Degrees Fahrenheit. Condensate Drain System: Cleared drain line and tested safety switch.
