Customer will provide their own replacement filters. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Backyard):** * Verified the unit is in fair condition. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, electrical wiring, and condenser fan motor, and all are working properly. * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires, and all are in good condition. **System Checks:** * Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 102.0°F. * Cleaned out the primary pan and cleared the drain line of the condensate drain system.
