Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up. **Unit Assessment:** * Found the overall equipment condition to be fair. * Observed the indoor unit located in the attic closet. * Noted the indoor coil condition as fair. * Confirmed pleated 1" filter size of 20x20. * Checked the filter; customer will replace it themselves. * Observed the outdoor unit located on the side of the house. * Noted the outdoor coil condition as fair. * Serviced units in the East Side, West Side, and Master Bedroom areas. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all operating within manufacturer specifications: * Blower Motor * Condenser Fan Motor * Compressor * Blower Run Capacitor * Compressor Run Capacitor * Fan Run Capacitor * Compressor Start Capacitor * Contactor * Electrical Wiring **Component Inspection:** * Inspected the following components and found the
