Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Package Unit): Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. Verified the unit services the whole home. Confirmed the filter is a pleated 1" filter, sized 10x20x1. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Package Unit): Observed the outdoor unit to be in fair condition. Cleaned the outdoor coil.
