Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Verified the indoor unit is a package unit. * Confirmed the overall equipment condition is good. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (18x24x1). * Observed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Verified the outdoor unit is a package unit. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition, and cleaned it. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring. * Identified the compressor run capacitor and condenser fan motor run capacitor are not working properly or within specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. **System Testing & Adjustm
