Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Air Handler (Attic):** * Replaced the air filters with the customer's spare pleated 20x20x4 and 16x18x2 filters. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in fair and clean condition. **Heat Pump (Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in fair and clean condition. * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. * Inspected and confirmed good condition of the blower wheel, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 73.0°F and a supply air temperature of 54.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted the thermostat, checked the thermostat batteries, and tested thermostat operation. * Re
