Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Observed the indoor unit in fair condition, located in the closet. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (16x20x1) with a spare provided by the customer. * Confirmed the indoor coil was clean and in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Observed the outdoor unit in fair condition, located on the side of the house. * Confirmed the outdoor coil was clean and in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are operating within manufacturer specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working condition. **Measurements & Adjustments:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 74.0°F and a supply
