Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Replaced the 20x20x4 pleated filter with a spare provided by the customer. * Confirmed the indoor coil was clean and in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil was clean and in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Measurements:** * Return air temperature: 71.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 104.0°F. **Final Ste
