Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up on the system. The overall equipment condition is good. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Closet):** * Replaced the 20x20x1 antimicrobial filter using the customer's spare filters. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Cleaned the outdoor coil, which was already in good condition. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation and amperage of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. **System Components (Inspected and in Good Condition):** * Confirmed the blower wheel, ductwork, electrical wires, and primary drain pan are in good working order. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary pan and condensate pump. * Tested the safety switch. **Me
