Today I arrived on site and performed winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Checked the Respicare filter (20x25). * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. * Inspected the blower wheel and primary drain pan; both are working properly. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 119.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Confirmed the drain line is properly strapped. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted and tested the thermostat's operation.
