Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the attic, servicing the whole home. Replaced the pleated 1" filter (size 14x20x1) with a spare provided by the customer. Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located in the backyard. Verified the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. Electrical Components: Tested and confirmed the following components are working properly within manufacturer's specifications: blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Components: Inspected and confirmed the following components are in good condition and working properly: blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires secured, and secondary drain pan.
