Today I performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looks to be good condition. I started off downstairs checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed a return of 76° while supply was 122°F. Right where we want it. Upstairs had a similar split. Outside at the Heat Pump I checked the operation of the compressor condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. I finished up cleaning the condensate pumps and treating them with chemical to prevent zooglea buildup. Thank you for choosing
