Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Verified the overall equipment condition is good. * Checked the pleated 20x25 filter and confirmed it's in good condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. * Inspected the blower wheel and primary drain pan; both are working properly. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the overall equipment condition is good. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working within specifications. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 68.0°F and a supply air temperature of 119.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. * Dusted the thermostat and tested its operation.
