Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Here's a summary of the work completed: Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Observed the unit in fair condition, servicing the whole home. Checked the pleated 1" filter (14x20x1). Customer will replace it with their own. Verified the indoor coil was clean and in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard): Confirmed the outdoor coil was clean and in good condition.
