Today I performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looks good. I started off checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed a return of 74° while supply was 50°F. Right where we want it. Outside I checked the operation of the compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. I finished up clearing the drain and treating the assembly with chemical to prevent a clog. Thank you for choosing
