Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (MAIN AH):** * Located in the 1st-floor closet. * Replaced the 20x25x5 pleated filter. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (MAIN HP):** * Located in the backyard. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of: * Blower Motor * Heat Strip Kit * Condenser Fan Motor * Compressor * Contactor * Electrical Wiring * Compressor Run Capacitor * Fan Run Capacitor **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed proper condition and operation of: * Blower Wheel * Primary Drain Pan * Electrical Wires Secured **System Readings & Adjustments:** * Return air temperature: 72.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 102.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan.
