Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage/Attic): Serviced the downstairs area unit. Washed the washable filter (20x25). Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, and electrical wiring, all within manufacturer specifications. Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good working order. Condensate Drain System: Cleared the drain line. Cleaned out the primary pan. Tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Additional Checks: Return air temperature: 67.0°F. Supply air temperature: 100.0°F. Restored power to the units.
