Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Confirmed the air handler is located in the closet. * Verified the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Dusted the return grills and thermostat. **Filtration:** * Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1). * Advised customer to replace the air filter. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Confirmed the heat pump is located on the side of the house. * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed good condition of the blower wheel, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety
