There was a computer server issue at Lennox Corp. Result was my inability to access my Lennox Branded smart thermostat remotely. Care Heating (specifically Paula and Mike) steppe-up to provide a temporary solution using an ecobee thermostat until Lennox resolved the server issue. This was done under my service agreement with no additional cost to me. I recommend CARE HEATING and COOLING to anyone.that asks
