The serviceperson was on time and the service provided was as expected including an explantion of all service completed and overall of summary of HVAC health.
New-ish furnace hemorrhaging water. Bill found clog in drain trap. I was afraid it was going to be a coil issue......but then again, that would have been covered by warranty. 2nd time Bill's been to our place. Represents the company well. Nothing personal, but the less we NEED to see him for repairs as opposed to bi-annual check-ups, the better.....if you catch my drift.....kinda like a doctor.......want a good one, just don't want to see him too often. We continue to be very satisfied w/ CARE. Thanks. JIM MORAN
