1. Don showed up on the dot at the beginning of the 4-hour window. Excellent. 2. He answered a few questions I had up front that set my mind at ease. 3. Took care of both the heat and AC tune-up in a thorough and friendly manner. 4. Super friendly. Great experience all around.
