Actually scheduled a sales call for an estimate of a Lennox whole house dehumidifier and received a service call for my Lennox Heating and Air Conditioning system instead. This was not the technician fault but that of whoever handled my incoming call to Care Hearing and Cooling. Being that I never had a service call since the new equipment installation when I built my home eight years ago, attesting to the excellent quality of Lennox systems, I went ahead and took the service inspection as something I probably need to do. That was conducted efficiently and thoroughly. Yet, I was no closer to getting an estimate for a Lennox whole house dehumidifier. That required another call and another scheduled appointment for tomorrow. I hope that this time the scheduler listened to my request and a representative of the sales teams shows up.
