Ciara was our technician and performed a annual furnace inspection. She was great. She was very efficient and tested all essential parts of the system. She spent extra time with me in an effort to reset our thermostat. It is an older model and we were unable to connect it to my home wifi but she was able to correct the time and make sure all other functions were working. She was friendly and courteous and would definitely recommend her.
