Upon my arrival in Austin, I performed the A/C cooling evaluation on both systems and found everything operating properly at this time. Did not speak with the customer about Reme halo due to them putting the house on the market. As far as the ptrap situation goes it was their contractor telling them they needed it for the inspection then when I spoke to him it was only to prevent air from escaping. This is a positive pressure system so not matter if there is a ptrap or not air will escape. It is not required to have a ptrap on a positive pressure surely only on negative pressure systems. I told the customers it was solely up to them whether or not they wanted me to proceed with it. They are fine with leaving it the way it is.
