Perform single system cooling evaluation on one straight cool down flow split system. Found all components in good working order and unit functioning normally at this time.
Arrived and discussed system functionality with customer. Everything working normally at this time. Performed cooling system evaluation and found system functioning to manufacture specifications with the exception of faulty performance enhancement system. Replaced performance enhancement system rejuvenation under warranty.
Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 heat pump system and 1 electric straitcool system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found the pressures low for the upstairs unit. Recommend a leak search and adding refrigerant, I also checked with the electronic leak detector but did not find signs of a leak. Michelle chose to wait and see how the system performs.

We did not install a copper drain run or the drain pan for the condensate pump due to not having enough fall for the water. We Added a p-trap to the air handler. Sealed the return air plenum and sprayed the coil with no rinse viper coil cleaner. We also stress tested the water removal system.

Upon my arrival, in Rosanky, for an AC evaluation, I completed the heating evaluation of both systems. While onsite I flushed and treated the drains within the attic, I tested all heating operations and verified systems are safe and performing at this time. I did mention the systems age and the thought of replacement due to age and the signs of oil in drain pan indicating an indoor refrigerant leak on unit number 2 which services the master side of the home. At this time customers are going to wait on replacement until they notice a difference in performance this summer. Upon completion I left both units running schedule for heat set at 65.
Upon my arrival in Rosanky, for a maintenance evaluation. I performed a 6 month checkup on one heat pump system. I found everything to be operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the equipment. During the evaluation I noticed the voltage distribution system is still chard/pitted. Customer says he’s looked at it and believes it’s fine. He wants to leave it the way it is.
Upon my arrival, in Rosanky, for an AC evaluation, I performed a cool evaluation on one heat pump system. I found everything to be operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the equipment.
Upon my arrival in Rosanky, for an AC repair, I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system running and not cooling. Starting my diagnostics at the indoor system I found the indoor coil is restricted and dirty. I moved to the outdoor system and verified the voltage enhancement system was good. Once this was verified I supplied high voltage to the system and only the exhaust removal system came on. I tested the refrigerant circulation pumping system to ground and across the start, run and common terminals. I found I was getting OL from the run to common, OL from the start to run and 1.8 ohms from start to common. This is an indication that the refrigerant circulation pumping system is mechanically faulted. The most likely cause of this is due to the restricted coil and the return air being having stuff stacked in front of it. This would cause the system to not create vapor saturation and lead to liquid refrigerant returning to the refrigerant circulation pumping system.
Upon my arrival in Rosanky, for an AC service, I performed HH14C. I pulled the air movement system, sprayed the coil down with viper coil cleaner, disassembled the air movement system and chemically cleaned it, rinsed the coil off, removed all bacteria from the system, cleared the water removal system, installed to germicidal uv bulbs inside the cabinet, installed PCO on the supply plenum and tested the system. I found everything performing very well at this time and the system is clean.
Upon my arrival in Rosanky I performed a 6 month checkup on 2 straight electric heating systems. On the upstairs system I found the return plenum still needs to be sealed and the heat transfer media coil is starting to get dirty. I found everything else operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects. On the downstairs system I found the wire going to the 15kw heat kit was not the proper size and was jumped over from the 10kw to the 5kw. I removed the wires that were jumped to the 5kw allowing the system to only operate 10kw on the electric heat. I found everything else operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects. I went over all of my findings with the customer. She would like the quote for the upstairs system emailed back over and plans to call Bobby out to install a better attic access at the upstairs system.
Upon my arrival in Rosanky I performed a 6 month checkup on one heat pump system. During the evaluation I found a significant amount of bacterial growth inside the air handler. Completing the evaluation I found everything operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the system. I spoke with the customers about the bacterial growth and went over their different options to correct the issues. They chose to go with HH14C having a chemical cleaning performed and the installation of Solaris. Will need to reach out and schedule a return to perform repairs. Collected 10% down today.
Upon my arrival in Rosanky I performed the fall evaluation on one heat pump system. I found everything is operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the system. During the evaluation I noticed a significant amount of dirt piled inside the return air box. I brought this to the customer attention and recommended they vacuum it out. They have had this similar issue in another area of the home before and believe that it’s ants bringing the dirt in. I spoke with them about some ant poison I use and will get the name to them later when i arrive home.
Today I arrived in Rosanky and met with the homeowner. I completed the fall evaluation today, I verified systems performance, I treated both drains on indoor wall mount units, I also washed the outdoor unit using water. At this time system is working well, thank y’all for being a member! Upon departure left unit upstairs set for 77 heat and downstairs 76 heat.
Today I arrived in Rosanky and met with the customer. I completed a previously approved repair today. I installed new auxiliary heating system, made new electrical terminations, then I tested system. I verified the performance and safety of the system. System is putting out double the heat it previously had and it’s safe. Upon departure I walked through the work completed with the customer. I then left thermostat set to 73 in heating currently reading 75 inside.
