Very, very good service experience

Gustavo arrived right on time and was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and detail-oriented. He took the time and interest to answer several questions we had about our three HVAC systems, and he left us feeling like we had received quality work. He seems like a good man and he represented Centex Mechanical in a very positive way. Thank you!

Excellent service

Great service, Tommy did a great job explaining how the system works and what it is supposed to do, I was pleased with the way Tommy explained all my questions. Tommy was very professional.

Outstanding Service

Tommy B. Came out to perform our Fall service today on the 3 systems we have. Tommy was right on time, very thorough, took time to answer any questions we had, and was just a pleasure to meet and talk with. Today I arrived and met with John and his wife Mary. I completed the cooling evaluation today. Began by verifying system performance and its safety. Inside attic I flushed and treated the drain, while outside I washed unit using water and cleaned the electrical cabinet. System is safe and performs extremely well, I mentioned a few things to customers at this time. We spoke about Solaris air quality products and how they can be beneficial in his spray foamed home, we also spoke about auxiliary heating and it’s an option he can have. Finally we talked about the 10yr extended labor warranty available to purchase within 2 years of installation. At this time customers do not wish to proceed with any add ons but for the time being we need to email all information on Solaris and the warranty. Upon departure left system in off mode.

Today I arrived and met with Ron. I verified Ron’s concern comfort control system currently alarmed error 14. I investigated and I found ignition failed due to furnace PCB System. Supervisor Daryl brought parts to me onsite and I installed the board and a new flame safety system. Afterwards I verified concern is no longer present, system fires right up no issues at all. Upon completion left the system in auto mode set for 74 heat and 78 cool, currently 74 inside.

Today I arrived and met with Mr and Mrs Blain. I completed fall HVAC evaluation of 3 units. Upstairs has furnace, downstairs gas furnace and garage/workshop ductless heat pump. I evaluated performance of all 3 units finding them to perform quite well. I evaluated safety of the systems and found all proper, I cleaned the gas flame safety systems at this time. I verified no C.O is found within home during gas operation. I cleaned the ductless system filters at this time. Systems are all winter ready and performing well, upon departure left all 3 units operating in cooling mode. Customer had downstairs thermostat connected to WiFi but not communicating with infinity server. Customer will call the carrier app support line and if they cannot correct it they will call for help.

Upon my arrival in Lexington I spoke with the customer about any concerns they may have on the system before I performed the cooling evaluation. The only issues they were having at this time was getting to WiFi hooked back up the comfort control system. I helped them get the WiFi back on the system then performed the cooling evaluation. I found that everything is operating properly at this time. I noticed that the customer does not have emergent heat on the heat pump system. The reason for that is due to the size wire that ran to the air handler in the attic. It is not big enough to support the emergency heat. I spoke with the customer about Reme halo and they didn’t go with it at this time but did want to read over the pamphlet to gain some more knowledge about it. If this is something they decide to move forward with they will contact us.

Upon my arrival in Lexington I performed a diagnostics on the system, found that the indoor heat transfer media coil is extremely dirty and that outdoor voltage enhancement system is low. I spoke with Sylvia and she is not the home owner. She rents the home from her sister, she plans to be moving out and her sister is moving back in. I went over the different repair options on the cleaning and the voltage enhancement system, also spoke about Reme halo and our maintenance program, she is going to be speaking with her sister about the recommendations made today and see what options she would like to go with. I did go over the age of the system and let her know that we can have a comfort specialist quote what a system replacement would be. Will follow up in the next day or 2 to speak with the home owner and see what options she would like to move forward with.

WO-TNFR288032 upon my arrival in Lexington, I performed a A/C cooling evaluation found the the garage mini split is in need of a cleaning, customer wants to wait on this. Also added a p-trap to the down stairs system to help with smell from the restroom sink. HO1A. Found no other issues at this time.
