I loved the detailed explanation as much as the expertise and service itself. Getting behind the tech speak to understand what the situation really is is very important to me.

Used info from recent alerts to produce diagnosis. Covered all bases. Wore mask, as I had been traveling and wore one also. Did a LOT of work and left no trace of a mess, very clean, very attentive.
Response from Centex Air & Heat:
Thank you so much for this great 5-star review. We really appreciate your business and helping to share the word about us.

Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 furnace system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, installed new iFLO cartridge, cleaned the flame safety sensor, verified fuel delivery pressures, checked for CO then verified system safety and performance. I found everything performing to manufacture specifications at this time. While onsite the system control has an error code 13-82 system control upgrade needed. I attempted to hook the comfort control to WiFi to install the update but we could not fins the correct password. I advise that the customer try to figure out the password and connect WiFi to the comfort control so it can perform the needed update.
Upon my arrival I evaluated 4 carrier electric heat systems. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal systems. Cleaned the inside units electrical cabinets. Found every unit to be very dirty on the outside(no bacterial growth on the cases just dust) this is due to the location of the units. Recommend installing Solaris UV lights in each system to prevent any further bacterial growth inside of system.
Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 furnace system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, cleaned the flame sensor, verified fuel delivery pressures, checked pressure switch then verified system safety and performance. I found everything performing to manufacture specifications at this time.
Upon our arrival we performed 6 month checkups on 2 furnace systems, 4 heat pump system and 1 mini split system for the server room. Flushed and treated the water removal systems, replaced air filters, washed condenser coils using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinets then verified systems safety and performance. We found system #6 had a failed air movement system causing the unit to become frozen and unit #5 needs a cleaning on the heat transfer media coil and the air movement system. With the approval from Ronnie we did replace the air movement system on unit #6 and verified its operations. All units are performing to manufacture specifications at this time exempt unit #5 that needs the cleaning performed.
Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns of water leaking from the ceiling in the break room. Performing my diagnostics I found that the drain line has become restricted causing the condensation to leak over into the emergency drain pan then was leaking past the not very well sealed drain port on the emergency drain pan. I spoke with Travis about my concerns and got approval to make corrective actions to the drainage system and seal the emergency drain pans port. I performed the approved repairs then stress tested the system with water verifying proper flow the treated it with drain pan solution. When we perform the evaluations we will be looking at each drain line to make quotes on adding in inline access ports to allow for better clearing of the drain line.
Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns of error 95 being present. Performing my diagnostics I found that error code 77 inverter over current was the first event that resulted into the error code 95 high current lockout. After running a series’s for tests on the outdoor system I found that inverter has failed causing these error codes. I spoke to the customer about my concerns and presented repair options. With customers approval I picked the parts from the manufacturer and performed the repair. I installed a new invert board, new voltage distribution system, added power protection system in replacement of the voltage conversion system, replaced the main control board in replacement of the voltage enhancement system, redid wire terminals then ran a performance and safety testing on the equipment. I found everything to be performing to manufacture specifications at this time.
Upon my arrival, customer was concerned about mildew and bacterial growth on case heat transfer media coil. During my diagnosis, I found air movement system to be dirty as well. Presented options for repair and customer went with HK11A for the air movement system cleaning. Will also be cleaning heat transfer media coil case with bio protect and flushing drain line. Customer was also concerned that master bedroom mini split was not cooling properly. Found system to be low on 410 a refrigerant due to systems condenser being high off the ground we will be returning with in-line UV dye to install and return to do a leak search with a UV light. Office will be in contact Monday to schedule a return date to complete work.
Upon my arrival, customer was concerned that last week after running the oven the air conditioner took a while to reach desired temperature. After investigation, I made very minor adjustments to the refrigerant charge to get it to manufactures specifications. Let customer know it is normal for it to take a while to reach desired temp with the heat load from the oven still in the house. Told customer to give us a call if any other issues arise.
Upon my arrival, I found the dehumidifier drain pan to be full of water and drain line to be full of water. Use the vacuum to get rid of all the water in the drain pan and blew out water removal. System with CO2 left dehumidifier unplugged until comfort specialist can arrive next week and check out the dehumidifier.
Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 furnace system and replaced the Bluetooth board on the condenser unit. Flushed and treated the water removal system, checked proper fuel delivery and temperature split, verified safeties and performance of the system and checked the air filter. System is performing to manufacture specifications at this time.
Upon my arrival, I performed a six month check up on a zoned mini split system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, wash the condenser coil, using water, cleaned, and treated the electrical cabinet, then verified system safety and performance. I found the system is operating to manufacture specifications at this time. One thing I did fine is that the filters were dirtyand that the heat transfer media coil on the ducted mini split system needs to be clean. Both an and B are needing cleanings on the deducted mini. And that the heat transfer media coil on the ducted mini split system needs to be clean. Both an and B are needing cleanings on the deducted mini split system. This is something I’m going to have to get with the manufacturer about. On the best way to access the indoor heat transfer media coils for cleaning once I have obtained this information I will email over estimates for the cleanings. .
Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on the zoned mini split system. Flushed and treated water removal system, washed condenser coil using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet then verified system safety and performance. I found that when I was changing the air filters the one on the second floor did not have a filter in it. Attempting to install a filter I found that then the home was built the builders put the filter grill on the supply air duct and the return side had the supply grill. I made corrections on the system today and advise to have the system chemically cleaned due to the amount of time it was getting unfiltered air on the return side.
Upon my arrival I evaluated 2 carrier gas furnace systems. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system.found both filters to be getting a little dirty. Customer said they would replace them asap. Found no other issues at this time. No recommendations at this time
Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system not cooling well. Performing my diagnostics I found the outdoor unit is shutting down on a low pressure lock out. I performed an electronic leak search on the indoor system finding that heat transfer media coil has developed a leak. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and went over repair options. They would like these emailed over so they can discuss the repair options they would like to move forward with. I did advise against adding refrigerant to the system due to not knowing how significant the leak may be. I will get part info on the morning from the manufacturer.
Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 heat pump system. I flushed and treated the water removal system, washed the condenser coil using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet with electrical insecticide, replaced the air filter then verified system safety and performance. I found the system is low on refrigerant due to a leak at the heat transfer media coil detected with electronic leak detector. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and presented repair options. HL1C was approved today and 10% down payment was collected.
