Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 7 furnace systems. Flushed and treated the water removal systems, cleaned the flame saftey sensors, verified proper fuel delivery, checked for CO, replaced air filters the verified system safety and performance. I found all 7 systems performing to manufacture specifications at this time.

Cleaned the electrical cabinet and cleaned off the flame sensor. Found the combustion control system for unit #2 to be getting dirty with soot and rust. Will send over options for repair. Also found there to be no surge protection on either system. Will send over options for installation as well. System heating properly at this time.
When I arrived I found that the indoor air movement system was not working. After troubleshooting I found that the board was supplying the correct voltage. I spoke with the client about his different options and he chose the Hc13d. I replaced the air movement system, cleaned the air circulation system, installed a new voltage protection system, redid wire terminals, reset and set up the comfort control system properly, tested in heating and cooling. I was to cool inside and outside to check pressures. When I was testing the heat I found that the temperature rise was too much and shut the furnace down. I then made some adjustments on the dip switches on the furnace board and got the temperature rise to an acceptable amount. The system is now operating properly at this time.

Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 Bryant gas furnace system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and cleaned flame sensor. Found the gas outlet pressure tap to be stripped and very brittle due to systems age, could not check outlet gas pressure. Also found the combustion exhaust removal system to be loose on the shaft, creating a grinding noise. Found o other issues at this time. Recommend replacing fuel delivery system and replacing combustion exhaust removal system. Customer wants estimates for repair emailed over to him
