Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 8 heat pump systems. I flushed and treated all water removal systems, washed the condenser coils with water, cleaned the electrical cabinets and replaced filters. I verified each systems performance and safety. Recommendations Kitchen Unit has a faulted UV light on the indoor system and the disconnect needs to be replaced at the outdoor system. Senators office the UV light is faulted. Recommend having the UV system replaced. Upper Right unit has a faulted UV light on the indoor system and the disconnect needs to be replaced at the outdoor system. Upper Left unit has a faulted UV light on the indoor system and the disconnect needs to be replaced at the outdoor system. Also recommend having the systems refrigerant charge recalibrated to bring it to manufacture specs. Upstairs mini split needs the condenser pad rebuilt and leveled. Unit is currently leaning and risks falling over if the pad continues to sink. Can em

Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns the custom had with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found there was no high voltage present at the outdoor system. I found that the main breaker for the unit had tripped. I reset the breaker and it tripped again. I then tested the refrigerant circulation pumping system finding that it has gone to ground internally. I will reach out to the manufacturer tomorrow to find part availability and email over options to the customers.

Upon my arrival I found that the system was very dirty on the outdoor coil, one of the Schrader caps did not have a gasket causing refrigerant to leak out, 2 of the Schrader ports did not have a cap, the system had a slight leak on the Supply air duct and the drain line was not equipped with a ptrap. I spoke with the customer about my recommendations to perform a cleaning on the system and he approved the repairs while on site performed a chemical cleaning, then ran a performance and safety testing on the system finding that the pressures are within manufacture specifications at this time.

Upon my arrival I performed HI2B, replacement of refrigerant pressure control. I pumped the system down, removed the faulty refrigerant pressure control, installed a new one, new inline filter dryer, purged with nitrogen while brazing and put the system under a pressure test. Once the pressure test was good I evaluated the nitrogen and put the system under vacuum. While obtaining the proper microns under vacuum I resealed the case coil, put fresh pipe dope on both the float safety switch and drain line before reinstalling them. I installed a new piece of Armaflex on the suction line. Had to purge the system 3 times with nitrogen to remove any moisture inside the line set. Once the system was below 500 microns I released the refrigerant back into the line set and ran a performance and safety testing. Found that the system is operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects in f the equipment.

Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month check up on 7 straight cool furnace systems. I cleared and treated all water removal systems, washed all of the condenser coils off with water, cleaned all of the electrical cabinets and treated them with electrical insecticide the verified the systems performance. Unit #1 Recommend having the systems refrigerant charge recalibrated. Unit #2 Found everything operating within manufacture specifications at this time. Unit #3 Recommend having the air movement system and main control board replaced due to consistent ramping up and down not keeping a steady air flow. Once repair is made a more accurate read on pressure readings can be obtained. Unit #4 Recommend having the air movement system and main control board replaced due to ramping up and down not keeping a steady air flow. Upon our arrival we spoke with the customer about their concerns with the noise they were hearing from the outdoor condenser. Performing our diagnostics we found that the exhaust removal system that was recently replaced has faulted. We informed the customers of what we found and let them know this will be covered under their warranty from the recent repair. Moving forward we will be ordering the exhaust removal system and the fan blade. Return will have to be scheduled once parts are acquired.

Upon our arrival we spoke with the customer about their concerns with the auxiliary G shut down being displayed. Performing our diagnostics we found that the water removal system was very clogged. Spoke with the customer about their different options for repair and they approved HF3E. Performing the repair we installed new auxiliary float safety switch, relocated and completely rebuilt the water removal system on the inside, sealed the old and new holes in the return, installed IFLO pro with 6 month solution, blew through the drain line several times to clear all debris, stress tested the water removal system then ran a performance and safety testing on the system. Found that everything is operating within the manufacture specifications at this time.

I spoke with the customer about their repair options and they could like them emailed over to go over together.

Today I arrived and met with Jon and Sara, I evaluated concerns and found that the outdoor exhaust system is burnt up. Customers prefer to replace the system as it’s had past issues and underlying ducting issues. Upon my arrival I evaluated 4 systems, 2 were gas furnace with split A/C and the other 2 were Heat Pump systems. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found that all units have Reme LED UV systems installed and they are all needing UV Cell Replacement, 3 out 4 outdoor units need to be disassembled for deep cleaning to rid all leaves and debris and finally system #2 is consuming too much power at start up it’s recommended that we install a performance enhancement system. We will be scheduling a return for install to replace unit #1 air filter all other filters were replaced today.

Today I arrived and met with the homeowners. Travis and i completed the evaluations today of 6 systems, began by verifying systems safety and its performance. We then flushed and treated the indoor water removal systems. While servicing the outdoor systems we cleaned the electrical cabinets and washed the units using water. We had concerns of #2 which had poor performance and low refrigerant pressures, we ended up finding the indoor heat exchanger leaking refrigerant. #4 unit had exhaust removal system faulted. Customers have approved repairs today and paid deposit, tomorrow we will order necessary parts for repairs and call with an ETA for repair date.
