Gustavo L. came out to perform the semi-annual maintenance on the AC unit I purchased from Centex in 2021. He arrived within the appointment window; was friendly and professional. After finishing the maintenance, he went over what he did and what his findings were. He answered my questions; and also told me about their HALO service without being pushy about it It was exactly what I wanted and have come to expect from Centex. I also appreciate that Centex sends me a text with the photo of the service technician about 20 minutes before the technician arrives.

Upon my arrival yesterday afternoon in Paige, I completed the installation of a new Trane XR14 central air conditioning system for a customer in Paige, TX. The homeowner opted to finance the 3-ton outdoor condenser unit and matched air handler through Trane's convenient financing program. I properly integrated the new, high-efficiency equipment with the home's existing ductwork and electrical system. After a thorough startup and testing process, the customer now has a reliable, energy-efficient cooling solution customized to the size of their home and their budget.
Upon arrival in Paige, I performed the A/C cooling evaluation on main house, found all components running and operating properly at this time. Client was not interested in surge protection or Reme halo at this time.
(Guest House Eval) Upon arrival in Paige, I performed the A/C cooling eval on system, found all components running and operating properly at this time.
Performed cooling evaluations on both systems, I found all systems and components running properly in the guest house. All heads are clean and refrigerant pressures look good. I finished charging the system on the main house by adding 3lbs of R410A. The head unit in the office is dirty. Mr. Canell said he was going to clean it so not to worry about sending quotes. I replaced the filters in the ducted mini split indoor units and cleaned all water removal system. All running and operating properly at this time.
WO-TNFR263829 upon my arrival performed a heat transfer media system rejuvenation. After doing cleaning checked system operation found system to be working properly.

Left equipment running talked to customer about our REME HALO she was interested but could not afford the product. She would like for us to remind her on the next visit. .

Follow up with client set for Monday after 11A.M. for potential decision on cleaning choice/Reme Halo/maintenance agreement.
