Today I arrived and met with the homeowner. I completed the evaluation today, began by verifying system safety and its performance. I then flushed and treated the indoor water removal system. While servicing the outdoor system I cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed the unit using water. Originally this was a call for service but found a mouse inside unit having a party, after removal of mouse everything checked just fine and at that time we decided to just complete the maintenance today and waive the svc fee.
Today I arrived and met Mrs and Mr McRae. I completed the HVAC Evaluation today. I evaluated both indoor and outdoor units for performance and safety. While doing so I verified proper operation of the safety systems and found units to be performing very well. I flushed and treated the Water Removal System. Wash the outdoor unit using water and treated electrical compartment with Electrical Insecticide. Upon departure left systems both operating in cooling mode set to 74 currently 74 inside.
Performed the cooling evaluation in West Point on both systems and found everything operating properly at this time. Customer mentioned about wanting smart thermostats but said she turns the power off to the home when she travels. I let her know that they will not work without power and it wouldn’t be beneficial to her having them installed. Spoke with her about Reme halo and it’s not something she is interested in at this time. Did renew her maintenance contract while on site.
Performed the cooling evaluation and found that system was low on refrigerant. Spoke with the customer about performing a leak search and found that the heat transfer media coil has a leak. I also found that the voltage enhancement system is extremely low on the condenser. Spoke with the customer about repairs and he would like the quotes emailed over for repair and he also wants a consultation set up to weigh out the options on replacing the system or fixing the system. Will need to transfer over TNFR and email quotes and have a consultation set up. Customer elected to not have the system recharged to the proper pressures at this time.
Performed heating evaluation on both systems. Found all components running and operating properly at this time.
upon my arrival to west point, tx., I performed the cooling evaluation on 2 heat pumps and found both ac units operating properly at this time. I did make some adjustments in the thermostat on the temperature setting.
Upon my arrival in west point, tx., I found that there small drop coming off the indoor heat transfer media on the ac unit, there is not much that can be done, I will have to see if there is a kit for it, cleaned of some of the dust off of the heat transfer media to help the water flow all the way down. Let customer know and showed them the issue. This was not a call back on the original work performed.
Arrived at a residential home to make repairs to the air conditioning system. Once the system was serviced, I tested the operation and found that there were no other issues and the system was working correctly again. Left the equipment running upon departure.
Upon my arrival found that the refrigerant containment system had a leak at the bottom, this leak can not be repaired and would need to replace containment system to get system working, gave customer options but would like to talk to her partner. Need to call her back tomorrow.
Upon arrival performed a fall evaluation on two heat pump system, found equipment to be working properly at this time.

Upon arrival found the unit froze up but the heat strips are working, client wanted to use her free service call at this, she might want us to come out to check on the HVAC system. She will call us when thaws out.
