Upon my arrival i performed a 6 month checkup on 1 furnace system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, cleaned the flame sensor, checked safeties, verified proper fuel delivery pressures, checked for CO then verified safety and performance of the system. Found the system performing to manufacture specifications at this time. Did advise on customer getting a CO detector within the home.
Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 Bosch heat pump system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found air movement system to be getting dirty, recommended a pull and clean for air movement system only. Customer wants options sent over to him. No other recommendations at this time.
Upon my arrival, I pulled faulty air movement system out of indoor unit. Took apart, air movement assembly and cleaned with cleaner and water. Installed new air movement system and assembly back into unit, sprayed down heat transfer media coil with viper coil cleaner. Installed union into 3/4 pvc water removal system and cleared water removal system using c02 and a vacuum. Installed power protection system on outdoor disconnect box. Installed new voltage enhancement system and performance enhancement system. Tested system In cooling. Washed down condenser with cleaner and water. Pulled condenser off wall to help with airflow. System performing to manufactures specifications at this time.
Arrived on site to change system filter. Got into attic and changed furnace air filter. Will dispose of old one. Extra filter left under the return box. Treated water removal system with vinegar. System operating properly at this time.
Arrived on site to change out faulty electric heat rollout switch. During my repair I found the supplied rollout switch was not the correct one and would not fit. Will be returning with the correct part at a later date, and install new electric heat rollout switch. 3 heat strips still operating correctly. Only one is down.

Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 mortex electric heat system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Found the heat transfer media coil to be dirty, informed customer of my findings. Presented options for cleaning, customer wants options mailed to them.
Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 mortex gas furnace system. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Found the combustion exhaust system to be cracked. Informed customer of my findings, Customer declined repair. Left gas valve off.
Upon arrival, customer was concerned that thermostat was showing fault code: “no outdoor unit communication” and nothing was running. upon diagnosis, I found the outdoor communication boards three amp fuse was popped. Installed a fuse popper and system came on, checked wiring and terminals and found no issues. installed new three amp fuse. Due to a previous repair, This repair is covered under warranty. System is operating to manufacture specifications at this time.

Comfort control system not reading correctly. Recalibrated ecobee thermostat to +6°. Found no issues at this time. No recommendations at this time
Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 Trane heat pump system. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found the outdoor voltage enhancement system to be reading out of manufacturers range, customer was also concerned with the airflow of the system. Upon inspection I found that the downstairs damper was faulted and not closing when turned off, also found the plenum to be not sealed to the unit properly, needs to be properly resealed to unit upon repair. Sealing the plenum will be covered under labor warranty. Let customer know of my findings and presented options for repair. Customer wants options emailed over to her and will call with any questions.
Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 coleman electric heat system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Found one of the heat strips rollout limit switches to be faulty and not working. Needs to be replaced. Covered under warranty from previous repair in march. No further recommendations at this time
Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 intertherm mobile home electric heat system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Found no issues at this time. Do recommend keeping up with changing the filters regularly, as coil is starting to get dirty again.
Upon my arrival I evaluated 2 carrier heat pump systems. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found the voltage enhancement system for unit #2 to be faulty on the herm side. Informed customer of fault and presented options for repair. Customer chose the HN13A option. I replaced the voltage enhancement system and did safety and performance testing and found unit to be running at manufacturers specifications at this time. No other recommendations at this time.
