Travis was straight forward and helped with all my questions regarding packages and concerns.
Travis is very knowledgeable and such a great communicator. Great service!
Emerson was professional and thorough. Provided recommendations in an easily understood manner.
Gene, as well as the woman I spoke to on the phone, were excellent! Y’all came out same day and had my AC repaired within a couple hours. Friendly, efficient, and effective.
Tech did a great diagnosis and fixed the problem. Unusual (for today’s service industry) - takes pride in a job done well and right.
No problems. Everything check out. Gene did a through job of checking the system.
Travis was knowledgeable, friendly, a warm personality. Although i am not knowledgeable in what he did, he did explain what was done simply so I could understand. Much appreciated!!!!
Customer stated fan running but blowing warm air. Upon diagnosis we tested the system in cooling and found that the system is not presenting any issues at this time. Advised customer to inform us if system does this again and to leave everything the way it is.
Upon arrival we spoke to customer about his concerns with the system freezing over outside. Performing our diagnostic we found the system to have high subcool and high superheat values indicating a restriction in the metering device. We spoke to the customer about our concerns and informed him we could get repair options for him in the morning when we get part availability. Currently system is cooling but does have the potential to freeze over again. Customer is aware of this and will monitor it until repair can be performed. .
Upon my arrival, I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system, not cooling. Performing my diagnostics. I found that there was no high voltage going to the main control board at the indoor furnace. When I pulled the door cover, I found that the door was not pushing the door, Killswitch all the way in allowing proper voltage to the system. I fixed the issue and found that the system is now cooling properly.
Upon my arrival I performed a biannual cooling evaluation. Made sure system was operating up to manufacturers specifications. Flushed out water removal system. Sprayed antibacterial pan treatment on coil pan. Made sure outdoor system was operating to manufacturer specifications and washed out the condenser coil with water. Did notice some bacterial growth in the air handler cabinet around blower fan wire into harness and top of A coil. Let customer know about the issue and read pricing options to her husband about installing a UV light. Customer is going to review estimates and pictures and get back to us.
Performed bi annual cooling evaluation. Checked indoor unit cooling operation and voltages and amps in air handler cabinet. Indoor system function properly. Changed filter. Checked outdoor units voltages and amps. Checked pressures. Washed down unit with water. Recommend customer add a safety float switch to the water removal system. Also recommend customer add surge protection to indoor and outdoor unit as well please send over quotes. System cooling and operating at manufacturers specifications at this time.
Upon arrival I went into the attic and blew out the water removal system and sprayed drain pan treatment into coil pan as well as into the drain itself. Looked at blower wheel and motor and got voltages and amps for equipment. Placed probes in supply and return ducts to get temp split. Went outside and noticed there was a good amount of plant growth around unit. Recommended clearing it away to customer and she agreed. Got voltages and amps for outdoor equipment and checked capacitor and contractor. All working correctly. Washed down unit with water and used condenser cleaner for the top and electrical cover. System operating to manufacture specifications at this time.
When I arrived I found that the outdoor unit was not operating. The cause was a bad voltage enhancement system. I spoke with the client about his different options and he chose the hn13e. I replaced the voltage enhancement, voltage distribution, added performance enhancement, redid wire terminals and cleaned the outdoor heat transfer media coil. I then tested the system and found it operating properly at this time. The client has signed up on our maintenance program.
Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found that the water removal system is restricted causing the auxiliary float safety switch to trip. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and presented repair options. Customer approved to have the water removal system flushed and treated as well as signing up for the annual maintenance. I flushed the water removal system, treated with a gallon of water and drain pan solution then verified system safety and performance. System is currently operating within manufacture specifications.
Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the living room system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found that the voltage enhancement failed causing the outdoor unit to not come on for normal operation. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and went over their different repair options. Customer approved HN13D and this was performed while on site. Performing the repair I installed a new voltage enhancement system, new voltage distribution system, redid wire terminals, added performance enhancement system, chemically washed the condenser coil then ran a performance and safety testing on the system. Found everything to be operating within manufacture specifications at this time. Customer mentioned she needs to reach out to schedule her cool checkup.

Upon arrival, discuss with homeowner scenario of power fluctuation, including partial power at one point. Some things working, and others not. Presume one leg out calls motor and board to lockout. Performed reset via power termination. System started up flawlessly and was operating within manufacture specifications upon departure.
Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 heat pump system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, cleaned the condenser coil using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet with electrical insecticide, changed the air filter the verified systems safety and performance. I found that there is bacterial growth within the insulation on the door of the air handler and the voltage enhancement system is low. I recommend having the insulation replaced on the air handler door, treating for bacterial growth with bio protect, installing UV bacterial prevention system and having the voltage enhancement system replaced. After completion of the evaluation I checked into the concerns with the front house not cooling well. I found the system to be very low on R22 refrigerant and the emergency drain pan was half full with water. I spoke with the customer about my findings on the 2 systems. He would like options emailed over for the main house and is going to take into considera
Upon arrival, discussed with homeowner details of outdoor unit not coming on during cooling demand. Upon further inspection found spider in points of voltage distribution system. Removed spider and found unit working perfectly with a manufacture, specified sub cooling of 10°. Treated voltage distribution system with insecticide. Homeowner opted for comfort 1.
Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found the water removal system is restricted. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and gave repair options. Customer approved to have the water removal system flushed and treated today. After performing the repair I tested the system finding everything operating the best it can given its age. Due to rain saturating the condenser coil it was difficult to accurate readings on the pressures. System is currently cooling at this time and customers are going to take into deep consideration on the systems age. They will go over what they feel is the best way to move forward and will contact us when they are ready to meet with the comfort specialist.
Upon arrival, I spoke with Xavien, who reported that the AC unit was dripping water onto the first floor. During troubleshooting, I found that the primary drain line was full of water and the system was continuing to run. I inspected the inline float switch and discovered it was not interrupting the 24V control line as it should. I presented Xavien with the available Water Removal System Rejuvenation options, and he chose the Bronze option. This included purging and flushing the primary drain line, replacing the inline water safety switch, installing drain treatment tablets, and performing a full performance and safety test. I also recommended the Comf1 maintenance plan. Xavien requested that the plan details be emailed to him so he can review it with the homeowner.
