Performed the cooling evaluation and found everything operating properly at this time. Spoke with the customers about Reme halo and they are very interested in it but want to look at a few things before they fully commit. They asked that I give it a little while before following up. Please put a box on my for the 17th of April to follow up if they haven’t made a decision by then.
Perform the cooling evaluation and found everything operating properly at this time. During the evaluation I found that the heat transfer media system is dirty. Spoke with the customer about their different options for cleanings and they chose to go with HK2A. Will need to schedule a time to come back 1 tech 1 hour. There is a small spot in the return at the air handle that needs to be sealed when we come back out.
Performed the cooling evaluation and found that when I put it in cooling the emergency heat was kicking in. I pulled the wire to the emergency heat off the comfort control system and it stayed off when I put it in cooling. The comfort control system is faulted. I also found that the air movement system and the heat transfer media coil are extremely dirty with bacteria. i believe this is from sucking in hot air from the attic. Highly recommend having them both chemically cleaned and having the return air box seal from the attic space. Spoke with the customer about different options on the cleanings and repairs and he chose to go with HH14E and HH25A. This will take 1 tech 4-5 hours. Will need to bring the pressure washer, chemical cleaning products, bio protect, a 2 foot pieces of duct board. Will be completely sealing the return air box. Will need get the edge thermostat from RMI if not available we will install an ecobee pro.

I found the surge protector in the attic faulty, I informed client and he confirmed he wanted it replaced.

Heating Service. Upon my arrival I found the thermostat to be reading off and would not correct the temperature. The indoor air quality said it was clean. I replaced the thermostat under warranty and the new one was reading properly. Customer wants me to send quotes over for replacing his heat transfer media coil and cleanings.
