Upon arrival I addressed the customers concern regarding no cooling. I found the common wire connected to the reversing valve terminal on the thermostat. Therefore when cooling was called 24v was sent to the reversing valve terminal that held the common wire popping the 24v fuse and shorting the condenser voltage distributor coil. I was approved to replace the voltage control system & the voltage distribution system. I also replaced the low voltage fuse at the indoor unit. Ran and tested the system in cooling and found no other issues.
