Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 straight cool system. I flushed and treated the water removal system, washed the condenser coil with water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet with electrical insecticide then verified the systems safety and performance. I found that the indoor air circulation system has a significant amount of bacterial growth on it and the voltage enhancement system on the outdoor system was past the manufacturer recommendation. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and went over repair options. The cleaning of the air circulation system is currently not in the budget but he did approve to have the voltage enhancement system replaced. I performed the approved repairs and tested the system finding everything is operating properly at this time aside from the indoor air movement system needing a cleaning. Customer has a straight electric strongly cool system. It is not a heat pump.
