Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I turned all 3 mini split heads on and checked pressures finding they were very low. I spoke with the customer about my findings and went over recommendations for adding in leak dye to the system then bringing it back to a proper charge. Customer agreed to move forward with these recommendations. I added in the proper amount of leak dye then charged the system with 5lbs of R410a refrigerant to acquire the proper temperature split across the indoor coils. We will need to schedule a return to perform this he leak dye search using 1 tech about 1-1.5 hours.
