Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 straight cool furnace system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, washed the condenser coil using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet with electrical insecticide then verified the systems safety and performance. I found that the voltage enhancement system is low, the start amps are higher then recommended and the systems refrigerant charge needs to be calibrated to the proper sub cooling. I would recommend having the voltage enhancement system replaced, adding in a performance enhancement system and having the systems refrigerant charge recalibrated.
