Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the comfort control displaying error code 41 and the system not cooling. I performed my diagnostics finding that the specialty air movement system is faulted causing this error code. I spoke with the customer about my recommendations and the approved HC14C. I performed the repair while onsite replacing the specialty air movement system, new control board, new wiring harness and redoing wire terminals. When I went it turn the breaker back on to the system I found that it is now faulted as well. I spoke with the customer about this and he went to the hardware store to pickup a replacement breaker and he replaced the breaker so I could test the system. After customer installed the new breaker I ran a performance and safety testing on the system. I found everything to be operating within the manufacture specifications at this time.
