Today I did a Mini Split cleaning. I explained to club member how important it is to clean mini split and showed club member before and after cleaning and everything is operating properly.
Performed 4 System maintenance, all systems are operating properly at this time. The 2 furnaces in the attic has aa401 filters not aa201
DCM4 complete; AC; (2) F2200 Aprilaire and (1) F20254 checked. (1) set of washable filters cleaned. All systems are fully functional. All components are operating within manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor conditions . AC checklist attached. Diagnostics photos attached
Upon arrival no heat on system #1 unit is a dual fuel, outdoor HP fan capacitors is extremely out of range 7.5MFD reading 1.6 likely outdoor fan may be intermittently working, for gas system switched over into emergency heat, found gas cock in halfway positive likely caught on bag or pants legs when exiting attic on last visit, homeowner stated insulated was recently blown in could’ve been from them also, opened all the way tested gas heat, fired up everything is operating properly at this time. Replaced out of range capacitor, tested operation everything is operating properly at this time.
