Performed cooling maintenance. Checked electrical, mechanical and performance of the system. Cleared and treated drain line and washed outdoor condenser coil. Found the outdoor fan motor leaking grease and overheating. Please see attached checklist for full tune-up details. Presented customer with options to repair and he chose to have the motor replaced today. Repair completed and system tested. System is running at this time.
