Service diagnostic found that the outdoor contactor is covered with ants and not sending proper voltage. I also found the drain line has some buildup in it. The filter is also extremely dirty. I presented repair options to the homeowner and she chose to have the contactor replaced and drain line serviced. She also chose to sign up on our Gold Maintenance plan. I replaced the outdoor contactor and sprayed insecticide residual to help prevent any ants from getting in the electrical. I then cleaned, cleared and treated the drain line and verified it is draining outside. I also removed the schedule and WiFi settings on the thermostat per customer request. No other issues were found. The system is operational at this time.
