Service diagnostic found that the primary drain line was partially clogged. This was tripping the water safety switch intermittently causing the system to shut on and off. I spoke with the homeowner and he chose to have the drain line serviced at this time. I cleared the primary pan. Flushed and cleaned the primary drain and tested it with 2 gallons of water. I then treated the pan and drain line. Function tested the system and it is now operational.
