Performed service diagnostic. The diagnostic found that the capacitor on the condenser unit was below value and not starting the compressor. Options for repair were presented to the homeowner and he chose to have the capacitor replaced. I replaced the capacitor on the condenser unit and function tested the system. The system was running at the completion of service.
