Performed heater tune-up on a Rheem heat pump system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the air handler. I did find the indoor coil is leaking refrigerant. The indoor blower wheel is dirty and the outdoor fan motor is leaking oil. Installed new client supplied filter and I recommended replacement every month to prevent extra stress on the system.
