Matt was very clear on the repair needed. He answered all my questions. It was reassuring to know that a part had malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. Although my A/C is old he did not use this issue to up sell us on a new A/C. He just won our trust!! We will be sure to call Garner when we need a quote on a new A/C.
