Went out to a residential home to install a new air conditioning system. The current unit was old and was not cooling the home properly. That unit was removed and the new system was carefully installed. Upon completion the air conditioning unit was tested to ensure it was working properly. The customer is thankful to have a reliable cooling system again.

Air conditioning repair. Carefully inspected the air conditioning unit, identifying a faulty compressor as the root of the problem. After replacing the damaged component and recharging the refrigerant, the system was running smoothly again. Before leaving the home we did a final check to ensure optimal performance.

Air conditioning maintenance. I carefully inspected the air conditioning unit, checking for any signs of wear or potential issues. I cleaned the filters, tightened loose connections, and ensured the system's refrigerant levels were optimal. After testing the unit, I confirmed that the system was running efficiently for the home.

Per Ryan’s request I checked the refrigerant pressure and found my suction line to be reading 141.3 psi with 16° of superheat. My liquid line was reading for 444.1 psi with 2° of sub cooling. I did find the system to be 15+ years old and in rough condition. The system does have a piston instead of a TXV.
