Performed semiannual maintenance on one split system and one mini split system inside the studio shop. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety systems. Verified everything was operating within manufacture’s specifications for operation. Changed one homeowner supplied filter in the main house. Everything is working at this time.
