Valentin is a wonderful person to have working in your house: he’s polite, neat, interesting to talk to, and efficient. He didn’t skip cleaning the filters, even though they weren’t very dirty at all since I cleaned them about three weeks ago when another Hendrix employee came to figure out why my air conditioning wouldn’t turn on (my fault entirely, I had given the system a couple of conflicting instructions). He did such careful work, asked questions, and explained what he was doing. He has a sweet way about him, so he’s good with people. That’s important when a technician comes into your home, almost as important as knowledge of the system. I appreciated that he told me about the service contract for $25 annual fee. He’s a keeper!

Seth was knowledgeable, friendly, kind (it’s my fault I don’t read instructions!), and on time. He took time to show me how the system works, helped me clean filters, and taught me how to keep things working properly.
