Everyone I dealt with from Luke, Office staff, installers, everyone was kind, patient, informative, friendly, knowledgeable and if they didn’t know right off they’d find out. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and they were very competent and efficient. I always enjoy working with Hendrix Heating AND, bonus, the products they sell have always been top notch.
